Close httplib2 connections.

create(parent, body=None, oauthClientCredentialId=None, x__xgafv=None)

Creates a new OauthClientCredential.

Args:
  parent: string, Required. The parent resource to create the OauthClientCredential in. (required)
  body: object, The request body.
    The object takes the form of:
