get(encodedRequest, clientId=None, clientVersion=None, x__xgafv=None)

Args:
  encodedRequest: string, A serialized FetchThreatListUpdatesRequest proto. (required)
  clientId: string, A client ID that uniquely identifies the client implementation of the Safe Browsing API.
  clientVersion: string, The version of the client implementation.
  x__xgafv: string, V1 error format.
    Allowed values
      1 - v1 error format
      2 - v2 error format
